Return Policy

If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Please get in touch by sending us a message using the 'Contact' page to arrange a return, or by emailing us at sam@salysi.com.

 

If your product is faulty we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, you will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. Simply return the product along with the original receipt and we will repair, exchange, or offer a refund. We will pay for the shipment of repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment of the product to us.
