If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

If your product is faulty we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, you will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. Simply return the product with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt and we will repair, exchange or offer a refund. We will pay for the shipment of repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment of the product to us.
We are unable to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully.
